Ingredients
• 2-3 large peeled cut potatoes
• 1 green chili finely chopped
• 1 onion finely chopped
• 1 tomato finely chopped
• 3-4 garlic buds
• 1 tsp cumin seeds
• 1 tsp mustard
• 1/2 tsp turmeric
• 1 Tbspn red chili powder
• 1/2 tbspn hot masala powder
• salt taste
• 2 cups of water
• 2 tbsp oil
• finely chopped coriander
Directions
• Heat a Pan on medium flame. Now add oil to it and let it warm. Once the oil is hot, add mustard seeds and fry until it breaks.
• Now add cumin and garlic to it and roast until it turns golden brown. Put onion and let it cook until it turns brown. Now add tomatoes to it and let it cook till it becomes mushy.
• Now add red chili powder, hot masala powder, turmeric powder, salt and mix it well and take it for 2 minutes.
• After cooking the spices, add chopped potatoes in spices. And join them well. Allow the spices to cook for 2-3 minutes. After that pour water with your own and mix it.
