Ingredients

• 2/3 boiled potatoes • 100 gm peas • 1 onion finely chopped • 1 tomato chopped • 4-5 cashews • 1 tsp cumin seeds • 1 teaspoon ginger • 4-5 garlic buds • 1 tbspn red chili powder • 1 tbspn Garam Masala Powder • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder • 2-3 tbsp oil • Salt to taste • Finely chopped coriander • 1/2 - 1 cup water

Directions

• Peel the boiled potatoes and chop it into pieces. Now add tomato, cumin, ginger, garlic, cashew nuts to a fine paste of Mixi. • Heat a Pan and add 1 tbspn of oil. Once oil is hot, add peas and fry it for 5-6 minutes. After frying, take it out in a plate. • Now add oil in the same rigidity and heat it. Once hot, add the chopped onion and cook until it turns golden brown. Add the red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, and roast it well. • Now rinse the grated tomatoes and spices and mix them well. When all the mixture is well cooked, add peas and potatoes and roast them for 2 minutes in spices. • Add 1/2 cup water to it and let it cook for 5-6 minutes. After cooking, close the gas and put coriander on top. • Now bring the vegetable in a bowl and serve it with bread, paratha or whole, naan.
