Ingredients

• 1-2 cups wheat flour • 2-3 medium potatoes, boiled and peeled • 2-3 green chilies finely chopped • 1 tsp garam masala • 1 tsp red chilli powder • ginger grated • to roast water dough • Salt to taste • Butter or ghee

Directions

• Take flour in one plate and pour 1 teaspoon of oil and salt in it. Now, take a little water and knead it softly. Keep it for 15-20 minutes. • Mash the potatoes in a bowl and do not keep small pieces in it. Now add green chilli, red chilli powder, garam masala, salt, ginger and mix it well. • Now make the dough into pieces and make the balls in it. Spice up the spices and make them balls. • Take a little dry dough. Now take a spherical ball like a little bit of bread. Now put the spice ball in its middle and lift the bread from the four sides and close it. Make the balloon • Now press it slightly and pour dry flour on it and slowly bring it like a roti. • Heat the pan on medium flame. After heated, add peas and let it sew. Put a little oil on its edges. When the sunlight turns out brown on the lower side, then it should be cooked from the other side. • Now remove it from the plate and apply butter on it with a sauce or chutney.
