Ingredients
• 250 gm Bhindi
• 1 finely chopped onion
• 1 tomato puree
• 6-7 roasted cashew nuts
• 2 tbspn ginger garlic paste
• 1 tbsp garam masala powder
• 1 tbsp red chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp turmeric
• 3- 4 tbsps Fresh Cream / Yogurt
• Salt as per taste
• Finely chopped coriander
• 3 tbsp oil
Directions
• Cut off the stalk and lower section of the two sides of the bindi. Now we will remove Bhindi from one side.
• Heat a rinse(pan) over medium flame, add 1 tbsp oil and fry it in 5-6 minutes. Add a little salt to it.
• Now take Bhindi in a plate and add oil to it strictly and let it warm. Then add chopped onion and ginger garlic paste and roast it well. After the onion is cooked, add red chili powder, garam masala powder, turmeric powder and cashew powder and mix it. And they will roast it for 2-3 minutes.
• When the spices are well cooked, then put puree of tomatoes. And and cook it. When the tomatoes are cooked and the oil starts to separate, then add huff fresh cream or curd and let it cook for 1 minute.
• After the whole spices are cooked, we will add fried bindi to it and allow it to cook in spices for 5-6 minutes. When Bhindi is cooked, then add the finely chopped coriander from the top and leave it in the serving bowl and serve it with bread, plain paratha or naan.
