Ingredients
• 250 grams of Bhindi (Ladies Finger/Okra)
• 100 grams of peanuts
• 1 tbspn dry grated coconut
• 1 finely chopped onion
• 1 tomato finely chopped
• 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
• 1 tbspn red chili powder
• 1 tbspn garam masala powder
• 1 tbspn ginger garlic paste
• 1 tbspn lemon juice
• 2-3 tbsp oil
• Salt to taste
• Finely chopped coriander
Directions
• Cut off the stalk and lower section of the two sides of the bindi. Now we will remove Bhindi from one side. Bindi is cut from one side or else it can not stuff the spices.
• Heat a pan on medium flame. After heated, put peanuts in it and roast them for 3-4 minutes. Once roasted, they will be released in a jar of Mixi. Now put coconut in it and beat them.
• Now take a bowl out of the mixture. In that mixture we will mix hot masala, red chilli powder, salt and mix it. Now take a chopped bindi and stuff this mixture in it.
• Heat a little over 2 tbsps of oil once the oil becomes hot then add the chopped onion. Onion will roast until golden brown. Now in this we will add ginger garlic paste. This will take 3-4 minutes.
• When the onion becomes cooked, then in it we will add chopped tomatoes. We will cook it until the oil separates from the tomatoes. After cooking, we will pour the stuffed bindi. And match it well.
• Now add lemon juice from above. Let us cook it for 7-8 minutes. We will continue to shake him in the middle of the beach.
• When Bhindi is cooked, add chopped coriander from top to bottom. By shutting down the gas, we will take the vegetable in a serving bid. You can serve everyone with roti, chapati.
