Ingredients
• 150 grams white button mushrooms
• 100 gm peas(matar)
• 1 large chopped onion
• 1 tomato puree
• 4-5 garlic buds
• 3-4 ginger pieces
• 1 green chili
• 3-4 cashews
• 1 tbsp garam masala
• 1 tbsp red chilly powder
• 1/2 tbsp turmeric powder
• 3-4 tbsp oil
• Salt to taste
• finely chopped coriander
Directions
• Heat Pan on medium flame and add 1 tbspn of oil to it. Now add chopped onion, garlic, ginger, green chilies, cashews and roast them till it turns golden brown. Now, take this mixture into a mixer jar and make a paste of it. Take him out in a bowl. Now make a tomatoes full. • Heat 1/2 tbsp oil in a frying pan and fry mushrooms and it will take 4-5 minutes. Leave the mushroom in a plate.
• Stir well, add 1/2 tbspn oil and add 100 grams of peas and fry it for 7-8 minutes.
• Now add 2 tbsp oil to it and let it warm. Now add onion paste and fry it for 2-3 minutes. Now add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and garam masala and mix it well. And until the oil separates from the spices, fry it.
• Now put tomato paste in it and let it cook for 3-4 minutes. Now add the peas to the spices and let it cook for 4-5 minutes.
• Now add salt to it. Add mushrooms and let it cook for 3-4 minutes. Now add finely chopped coriander.
• Now remove the vegetable and serve it with roti, naan or kolkata.
