Ingredients

• 250 gm Paneer(cottage cheese) cut into pieces • 125 grams fresh peas • 2 tomatoes chopped • 2 medium onion cut into length • 3-4 garlic cloves cut • 4-5 small pieces of ginger • finely chopped coriander • One tbsps red chilli powder • 1/2 tsp garam masala • 1 tbspn matar paneer masala • 3-4 cashews • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder • 2 tbsp cream • salt taste • 4-5 tbsp oil • 1-2 cup water

Directions

• Heat a non stick pan on medium flame. Now add some oil to it and let it warm. Now add chopped paneer pieces into pan and fry it for 3-4 minutes. After frying it, take it out in a bowl. Now add the peas to the remaining oil in the same sterilized and let it cook for 7-8 minutes. After cooking, he will also get out with paneer. • Put 2 tsp oil in the same rigidity and add chopped onion, ginger pieces, garlic cloves, cashew nuts and fry them well. Take 3-4 minutes to complete the mixture until it turns golden brown. • Take that mixture into the jar of a mixture and drink a little bit of it. • Heat the pan and add 2 tbsps of oil and let it heat on medium flame, after the oil is heated, add the grated mixture into it and let it cook until it gets oiled. Once the mixture is cooked, add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, peas and paneer masala and salt and let it cook well. When the oil starts separating from the spices, add the tomato puree and cook it well. • When the mixture is cooked, add fried paneer and peas and fry it for 1-2 minutes in spices. After this you add water to it accordingly. And make garlic (if you want thin, you can put more in it). • Now cook the vegetable for 4-5 minutes. Stir in the middle of the beach. After cooking the vegetable, put fresh cream and chopped finely on it. Now close the gas and take out the vegetable in a bowl. • Your peanut paneer is ready, you can serve it with bread, plain paratha, naan or rice.
