Ingredients
• Poha 2 cups
• 2 teaspoons oil
• 1 teaspoon mustard
• 4-5 leaves
• Peanut seeds
• 1 chopped onion
• 4-5 green chilies
• turmeric
• salt
• 1 lemon
• finely chopped coriander
• Dry coconut
Directions
Soak the poha in a vessel.
• Heat a pan and add 2 spoons of oil.
• After heating the oil, add mustard to it and let it cook well.
• Take 4-5 leaves off well. Later, roast the peanut grains in it.
• Then cook 4-5 finely chopped chilies in oil, after adding the chilli, add 1 chopped onion and let it cook. Once the onion is cooked, add salt as per taste. And add turmeric
• Let them cook for 2 minutes. After cooking, put the poha soaked in it and mix it well.
• Cook it for 2-3 minutes. After cooking, add chopped coriander, lemon juice and coconut on it.
• Mix well and close the gas.
• Poha is ready to serve.
