Ingredients
• 1 to 2 cups wheat flour
• 3-4 cups chopped spinach(palak)
• 1/2 teaspoon grated ginger
• 2-3 green chilies cut off
• 2-3 garlic buds
• 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
• salt to taste
• finely chopped coriander
• 2-3 tbsp oil
• butter
• 1-2 cup water
Directions
• Clean the spinach and cut it. Cut ginger, garlic, chillies and coriander into thick thick pieces.
• Put all the ingredients in a mixer and grind them finely.
• Take flour in one plate and add 1-2 tsp oil and salt and ground mixture and knead it well if water is needed. Add oil to it and keep it for 15-20 minutes.
• Now make round shapes of the same size. Now take a dough in a bowl. Now grab the ball and hit it with the hand and put dry flour on it and take it like a roti.
• Heat a pan on medium flame. Put oil on it and apply oil on both sides and cook until golden brown. Make all such parathas.
• Take it in a plate and apply butter on it and serve it with Tomato Chutney or Pickle.
