• 1 packet golgappa or puri(ready-made or homemade) • 1 medium finely chopped onion • 1/2 cup sev • 1/2 cup tamarind chutney Ingredients for Pani: • 1 / 2-1 cup pudding leaves • 1 / 2 finely chopped coriander • 2-3 green chilies cut off • 1 big ginger piece • 1/2 lemon juice • 2-3 tbspn sugar • 1 tbspn water • 1 tsp chat masala powder • 3-4 cups of water • Finely chopped coriander • Salt to taste according to taste. Ingredients for Masala: • The 2-3 boiled peeled and mashed potatoes • 1/2 cups cooked chickpeas • 1 teaspoon cumin powder • 1 teaspoon chat masala powder • 1 teaspoon red chili powder • subtlest chopped coriander • salt to taste
