Ingredients

• 3 cups of Sabudana (small) soaked • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds • finely chopped coriander • 2-3 finely chopped green chillies • 5-7 curry leaves • 2 medium boiled peels and chopped potatoes • 1/4 cup groundnut roasted roasted , coarsely crushed • Salt taste • 1/2 tsp sugar • 2 table tbsp oil • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice

Directions

• We have soaked 3 cups of Sabudana in 1/2 water for 2 hours. • Strainly add 2 tbsps oil to a non stick, and heat it on medium flame. Once oil is hot, add curry leaves and let it cook. Now add cumin seeds and let it dry. After adding green chilies, let it cook. • Now add potatoes and roast them for 1-2 minutes. • After cooking the potatoes, add the sago and add salt, sugar and lemon juice to it and mix it well. Cook the sago sauce for 5-7 minutes until the Sabudana is transparent. • After cooking, take it in a plate and garnish it with coriander.
