Ingredients
• 1/2 cup semolina (rava)
• 1/3 cup ghee
• 1/4 water (you can use milk if you want too)
• 1/2 cup sugar (sugar)
• 4-5 cut almond
• 4 -5 cut cashew
• 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder
Directions
• Take 1/2 water in 1/2 inch on medium flame for 3-4 minutes. Turn off the gas and keep it aside.
• Heat hot on medium flame, then add ghee to it and let it melted. Once the ghee is warmed, put semolina in it and mix it well. Fry on medium flame until the mixture is golden brown in 8-10 minutes. Do not stir it while roasting or else it will burn down.
• Reduce heat and keep stirring it gradually by adding water. Mix well with a spoon so that the mixture is not mixed.
• Heat the flame and keep stirring with the spoon until all the water is washed. Now put sugar and cardamom powder in it.
• Melt the sugar and cook it until the mixture is thickened.
• Put some cashew nuts in it and keep it for some decoration.
• Mix well and close the gas. Semolina pudding is ready.
