Ingredients

• 250 gm Bhindi • 4-5 green chilies finely chopped • 4-5 garlic curry finely chopped • 1 tsp cumin seeds • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder • 1 tsp mustard seed • finely chopped coriander • salt to taste • 2 tbsp oil

Directions

• Clean Bhindi and cut it into round pieces. • Heat a strict rinse(pan) on medium flame. After heated, add oil to it and let it warm. Now the mustard seed will pour the mustard seed until it breaks. Now add cumin seeds and let it brown. Add garlic and fry it for 1 minute. • When garlic is cooked well, then we will add finely chopped green chillies and let it cook. • Now put the okra and mix it well. Add salt and turmeric from top and mix it. Let the okra cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring the beech in the middle. After cooking, take it in the plate and add finely chopped coriander. And you can serve okra with roti, chapati.
