Ingredients
• 2 cup Idli mixture or dosa mixture
• 1 finely chopped onion
• 2 teaspoons finely chopped capsicum
• 3 teaspoons finely chopped tomatoes
• 2-3 chopped green chillies
• to fry oil
• Salt to taste
• Finely chopped coriander
Directions
• Idli or dosa mixture can be set by home or you can bring it from the shop. Add salt and water in the mixture and mix it. Do not keep the mixture slim and thicker.
• Heat non-stick pan. Put it on medium flame. After heated, pour 4-5 drops of oil on it.
• After the tawa is ready, add the mixture to it and spoon it in a good round. Its thickness should be 1/4 inch. Put onions, capsicum, tomatoes, coriander, on the mixture.
• Put 1-1 teaspoon oil on the edge.
• When the surface of the upper layer becomes soft cream and allow the bottom to cook till it becomes brown. It will take 2-3 minutes.
• Let it cook on low flame for 1-2 minutes. Gently remove it in the plate.
• Serve Utpam with sambar or coconut sauce.
